The University of the Philippines Law Center has published my Supplement (to Credit Transactions: Notes and Cases, 2nd Ed.) on The Personal Property Security Act. Although it is a supplement to the two-volume textbook, it may also be used as a stand-alone resource. The Supplement is available at the UP Law Center book room.
