One of the projects of the 2013-2015 Officers and Board of Directors of IBP Makati, under the presidency of Bienvenido I. Somera, Jr., was the relaunch of its newsletter as The Cirillon. I coined the new name from Cirillo, the first name of Past President Doronilla, who founded the newsletter, and carillon, to serve as a clarion call to members of the Chapter to become more active and engaged. The issues of the Carillon may be viewed on IBP Makati.
