The Institute for Maritime and Ocean Affairs (IMOA) will launch a cartographic exhibit based on the 6 June 2014 lecture of Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Antonio T. Carpio on the facts and lies relating to China's historical rights claim to Scarborough Shoal. The exhibit will tour various universities starting with De La Salle University where it will run from 11 September until 26 September 2014. The exhibit will then travel to the Asian Center of the University of the Philippines, where it will run from 23 October to 15 November 2014. Schedules for other universities and colleges will be posted on the IMOA website.
